Just This.

Silent Transmission Videos
The Silent Transmission videos are approximately 20 minutes long.
Set aside a time when you will not be disturbed, as you would for any meditation practice.
Many people discover that they are able to rest in a silence beyond thought in a way that often escapes them in ordinary meditation.
Some videos begin with a brief introduction to set the stage. Others are silent throughout.
If you wish to sit longer, simply loop the silent videos or begin again. Many people use them in this way as part of their daily practice.
