Dear fellow Seekers,
I am a fellow seeker on the inner path. My journey into Spirituality began after a life altering health crisis (Heart attack at age of 42), which led me inward towards meditation, yoga and self-enquiry.
I am here to learn, share experiences and grow together. Looking forward for a meaningful conversations on awakening consciousness and the question “Who Am I”.
Love and good wishes,
Gurjit
You are what you yourself make of yourself. Otherwise, you are nothing/empty/still/etc. One is born completely empty and slowly starts getting attached to things such as religion, ambition, profession, people, develops an ego and so on. This is the creation of self which is an illusion because you are nothing. The self divides from others and creates ego which further creates conflict, arrogance, false sense of security etc.
