hello 🙂
The normal view is that there is a perceiver perceiving an object of perception, and the entire universe comes into being spontaneously to support this perception.
When that the perceiver and object of perception and the perceiving merge into one knowing, then it follows that i was never just the perceiver or the object of perception or even the perceiving.1) There is Awareness of the knowing itself as a conscious entity, thus the Awareness must be it, otherwise how could it light up the Knowing? Eventhough it was all that was knowable. Thus i am that one who is before the awareness of knowing.
2) If none of the 3 components exist separately, then i can’t be any of them. Neither can i be all 3 components mergedSo looking into/between/through the Knowing which doesnt seem separate from myself and suspending all labelling or judgement, bliss arises.
Alternatively, looking at the one that is aware of the knowing, bliss again arises
So the thought is, bliss only appears as separate because of perceiving it as separate.
What if all judgement is suspended once again, looking from within the bliss rising up, iIt feels like a flash/recognition.
But i’m wondering if this is delusion.

October 1, 2017 at 4:37 PM #4127We don’t need to make it so complicated. You experience bliss because you experience bliss. This usually indicates an opening into Truth, not illusion. We don’t really need to understand why. We will never mentally understand Truth because it is unlimited and alive in this moment. If we understood it, it would just be a thought, something of the past, something limited, something dead. That is not Truth.
We don’t need to understand awareness. We just need to directly experience awareness. That is all the understanding we need or can find. Because we are awareness, this direct experience is not as difficult as we imagine. It is simply what we are. It takes no effort at all. It just takes letting go of what we are not. It takes letting go of attachment to thoughts as truth, as reality. The direct experience of simply being is also the direct experience of awareness and often also the direct experience of bliss which can accompany the direct experience of what we truly are or Truth.
It sounds like you’re on the right track. Just stop thinking about it and allow yourself to simply experience it, to simply be it, which you already always are. You are already Home. Just let go of all thoughts that say you are not. And that is pretty much all thoughts. 🙂
We don’t need to understand. We already are what we are seeking and trying to understand. Understanding is neither necessary nor possible.
