Let me start with background. 45 male, Pisces born 1978. Married. Had a rough child hood, which forced me to block a lot of memories from memory. I have worked through a lot of trauma from my childhood. I have meditated off and on throughout my life, which has helped me through tough times. Within the last month I have noticed that I feel alone, but I have this overwhelming sense of belonging. I get these overwhelming senses of the universe trying to get me to do something, but I am blind to what it is. I am sure it has tried to show me. I know I am awakening, but I am scared and feel lost. A week ago Sunday I visited a Reiki healer to see what would happen. She told me that she had several energy releases from me, which she explained it as I am very receptive to spiritual energy and healing. The healer stated from my Sacral Chakra up all of them were closed off, she opened my Sacral chakra and my Heart Chakra opened. She explained this as I have a decision to make that I am passionate about. I have no idea what it is, I think it is about my job but I am not sure. The healer did say she opened all of my chakras and I have been mediating to solfeggio frequencies daily.
I feel stagnant and stuck where I am. I know I should be doing something to grow but I am not sure if I am doing the right things, should I just be patient? If anyone has any advice or wisdom it would be appreciated.
Thank you for reading and I hope the universes love finds you!

Starting a meditation practice and sticking to it (daily) is certainly a good place to start. I note that you are using solfeggio frequencies – I am not familiar with this form of meditation. I do know that a good mediation practice should still your mind and turn your senses inwards (introversion of the senses) to the point that the object of meditation is absorbed into the Self. You should also notice an immediate improvement in the flow of your daily life and relationships. It is in the quality of daily life that you can measure the effectiveness of your meditation practice.
There will always be doubts and questions – that is normal – until you get to the point where all questions fall away. So keep going and good luck.Sey
