Awakening to your True Enlightened Self is the most beautiful thing any human can experience. But it is not always an easy process. Although awakening is the end of all suffering, the journey to awakening can be filled with suffering. It can feel overwhelming when so many unexpected changes are happening so quickly. And it can feel frustrating when you’re stagnating and all movement appears to have stopped completely. When and how will the next breakthrough happen? It’s very helpful to have a loving and compassionate guide who has been through all of this and is experienced at helping others cross these hurdles. This is where individual mentoring and coaching is very important.
You can meet with me privately either at the Sedona Zendo of the Awakened Heart in Sedona, Arizona or online.
These private sessions can be very helpful in all stages of the awakening process. When the full attention of a spiritual teacher is focused completely on you, transformations, breakthroughs and healing are accelerated.
Sessions are based on a sliding scale. Initial Sessions begin at $100 for 90 minutes. Generally people pay $175. Individual sessions after this begin at $50. Most people pay $75. I understand that some people have Special Circumstances, loss of income or a vow of poverty, as is common for those living in ashrams and monasteries, and I also work with people in these situations. Nobody is turned away for lack of ability to pay.
Any challenges you are having either in your day-to-day life, with spiritual practices or with the process of awakening itself are appropriate to bring to a spiritual teacher. We soon discover that nothing is apart from this process of awakening. And this discovery somehow makes daily life far more easy and joyful. One way to see awakening is the end of all suffering.

It is an online software, like Skype, that allows a group of people to meet online, see each other and speak to each other. it’s very cool. Try it and see if it works for you. The instructions are very thorough.
Read some of your comments…like what you say…….might be interested in a session over the phone….actually would prefer in person! Yet am at a physical distance…. Am on Maui… Have done the whole spiritual trip for years…guru and all, years ago…..a half baked guru….lol….I glimpsed freedom as a child….then the conditioning collapsed upon me….and have had many glimpses since…yet want the stability and shift of the pendulum….are you able to help?

Glimpses are valuable. Without glimpses you don’t know what is here. You only have a concept and a belief. Glimpses are like peeking through an open door. You can see what’s on the other side and even stuck your foot across the threshold for a moment. But you haven’t gone through the door completely. You don’t live there. But a glimpse is better than what most have experienced. Because of a glimpse you know what is possible. Your hunger for this increases dramatically once you have a taste of it. So a glimpse is very good. Let’s turn that glimpse into a reality.
