Here are the instructions for connecting online for both the Living Awake Groups and Individual Sessions. We use a popular online meeting software called Zoom.
Instructions For Using Zoom
(***Please see the new Zoom instructions at the end of this post and the new password you need to join. In addition to the Zoom meeting room number: 983-208-8996, you will need the password: 445566. If you use the link, you should not need the passcode.)
You will need to download, get the software set up and become somewhat familiar with it before the meeting begins. All meetings are on Pacific Time. If you are having trouble getting started, you can call me at 617-718-1753.
I suggest you read these instructions before the meeting.

The very first time you use Zoom (the meeting technology we are using), you may have to download the Zoom software. This will be indicated.
Here is how to connect:
You can join from PC, Mac, iOS or Android. Just click on this link.
Here is the full link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/9832088996?pwd=VmMwYkU2VTN4TGVwYzY4VE9pWStZUT09 It’s long so clicking the above link will get you there, but if you need to copy and paste it in your browser here it is.
The meeting ID is 983-208-8996.
If you use the link, you should not need to add the passcode. If you just type in the meeting ID in Zoom, the passcode will be asked for. The passcode is 445566.
If the link is not clickable, copy and paste the link into your browser window. Or if you can remember it type it in yourself. When you do this, a screen will appear asking you to launch the Zoom application (although you may have to load the Zoom software first if this is your first time using Zoom). It’s harmless. We’ve been using it for years. Click OK and launch it. This will take you directly to the meeting. Or you may see a screen that asks you to type in the meeting ID: 983-208-8996 and your name. You may want to do this the first time before the meeting. You can try it before that time but if I am not in the Zoom meeting room as the host, it will not connect.
If you have headphones that you can plug into your computer this can help, especially if you are in a noisy environment. Some computer microphones pick up the audio of the other participants and create feedback. So headphones are useful. Here is a link to an article about audio feedback on on-line webinars and how to avoid them. http://blog.zoom.us/wordpress/2014/03/20/troubleshooting-audio-feedback-zoom/
I like that we can all see each other on these calls, but if it is the only way you can connect, you can also join by phone:
